Job summary

Fusion Healthcare Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is seeking a dependable Activities Assistant (Per Diem) to support resident engagement, well-being, and enjoyment through group activities and meaningful one-on-one interactions. The role requires a Diploma or GED, creativity, self-motivation, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays; experience with Alzheimer's/Dementia is a plus.
