Lincoln Crawford Care Center is seeking a Part-Time Activity Assistant to join our team. You will plan and lead engaging activities to enrich residents' physical, emotional, social, and cognitive well-being, working 1-2 days per week, with evenings/weekends as needed.

• Assist with activity calendar development and event planning.

• Build positive relationships with residents, families, visitors, and staff.
• Assist with evening and weekend activities as scheduled.

Lincoln Crawford Care Center is seeking a Part-Time Activity Assistant / Activities Aide to join our growing team. This position is ideal for someone looking to work 1-2 days per week while gaining valuable experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, healthcare, recreation therapy, senior living, memory care, and resident engagement. Outstanding team members may have the opportunity to transition into a full-time position as future needs arise.

Position Summary

The Activity Assistant will help plan, organize, coordinate, and lead engaging activities designed to enhance the physical, emotional, social, cognitive, and spiritual well-being of our residents. This role works closely with the Activities Director and interdisciplinary healthcare team to provide a vibrant and rewarding resident experience.

Activity Assistant Responsibilities

• Lead and assist with daily resident activities, events, and recreation programs

Preferred:

• Previous experience as an Activity Assistant, Activity Aide, Recreation Aide, Recreation Assistant, Activities Coordinator, Resident Engagement Assistant, or Senior Activities Assistant
• Experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, rehabilitation, healthcare, nursing home, assisted living, memory care, or senior living
• Experience creating activity calendars, flyers, and resident programming
