Terrace Manor Nursing & Rehab is seeking an Activity Assistant to support daily activity programs for residents. You will help plan and complete the Activity Calendar, manage monthly Birthday Board, and rotate calendars in resident rooms.

The role includes leading 1-on-1 interactions and small group activities, and documenting charting and participation. Under the supervision of the Activity Director, you will coordinate family visits and ensure timely recording of visits, maintaining
