Sandstone of Tucson is seeking an Activity Assistant to help plan and lead engaging activities that enhance residents’ physical, mental, and emotional well-being. You'll organize recreational, social, and therapeutic programs and work closely with a compassionate team.

The role emphasizes strong communication, creativity, and a patient, energetic approach to support resident independence and joy in daily life. Various shifts and flexible scheduling are available.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team members and families to align activities with residents' interests and needs.
• Promote resident independence and well-being through engaging activities.

• Plan & Implement Activities – Organize and lead recreational, social, and therapeutic activities
