Job summary

Charter Senior Living in Verona, WI is seeking a Life Enrichment / Programming Assistant for memory care and senior engagement. This part-time role offers 16-20 hours per week with starting pay between $18-$19 per hour.

Ideal candidates are energetic, compassionate, and creative, capable of building relationships with residents and families while coordinating engaging activities and community outings. An inclusive, supportive team environment and opportunities for growth are emphasized.

Qualifications

• Previous activities, recreation, senior living, caregiving, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred
• Must be CBRF Certified for the Memory Care position
• Memory care experience strongly preferred
• Compassionate and resident-focused attitude
• Creative, energetic, and outgoing personality
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Flexible availability including weekends and holidays as needed
• Valid driver’s license preferred for community outings and transportation support

Position Summary

The Life Enrichment / Programming Assistant supports the planning and implementation of engaging social, recreational, educational, spiritual, and therapeutic activities designed to enhance residents’ quality of life and overall wellbeing.

This role works closely with the Life Enrichment Director to help create meaningful experiences that encourage resident participation, connection, independence, and joy.
