Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with older adults in recreational or social settings is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Help plan, organize, and lead activities such as games, music, crafts, socials to support residents’ well-being.
• Connect with residents to spark joy, encourage participation, and foster friendships.
• Create inclusive, accessible activities for all residents.
• Set up and tidy activity spaces; keep supplies and equipment organized.
• Participate in team meetings and training to keep programs fresh and exciting.
• Maintain accurate records of resident involvement and activity success.
• Assist with other tasks as needed to support the Activities Director and department.
