Job summary

Peregrine Senior Living is seeking an energetic Activities Assistant to join the Memory Care team in the greater Albany, NY region. This per diem role supports the Director of Activities in delivering engaging resident programs.

The position requires a High School Diploma or GED and at least three years of experience in adult recreation, with compassion, integrity, and reliability. Join a dedicated team and help enhance resident quality of life.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum three (3) years’ experience working with adult recreation.

Responsibilities

• Works with Director of Activities to deliver creative and exciting resident activities meeting individual needs and interests within the community.
• Assist with orienting all residents to activity programs.
• Must be self-motivated with the ability to work independently and make decisions. Must be a proven professional with compassion, integrity, and honesty.
• Has the ability to work under pressure, resolve conflict, prioritize tasks, and follow through with creative ideas.
• Has the ability to work reception duties as needed.
