Citizens Memorial Healthcare Foundation (CMH) is recruiting an Activities Assistant to care for our residents in Community Springs Healthcare Facility.

Community Springs Healthcare Facility (CSHCF) is a 105-bed long-term care skilled nursing facility providing transitional or long-term care. A 15-bed high-functioning memory care unit provides specialized care for residents with Alzheimer's or other memory issues.

A typical day will include: developing relationships with residents and co-workers, providing excellent care through fun and innovative activities, leading group and individualized activities, assisting residents in appropriate activities, documenting resident progress every 90 days, and ensuring safety during activities. The Activity Assistant will also complete an Activity Interest Survey within 14 days of resident admission. This role is described as the most fun job you will ever have!

The position is Per Requested Need, Days.
