Atrium Centers in Michigan is seeking an Activities Assistant to enrich residents’ lives through engaging programs and compassionate, person-centered care.

You will help plan and deliver activity calendars, support social, emotional, and spiritual needs, and collaborate with the Activities Director and care team to promote dignity and well-being.

Formación

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with developing, planning, implementing, and evaluating activity programs.
• Support the execution of the daily and monthly activity calendar.
• Engage residents in group and individual activities.
• Help meet residents’ spiritual, emotional, recreational, leisure, and social needs.
• Encourage participation while promoting dignity, independence, and well-being.
• Collaborate with the Activities Director and interdisciplinary team.
