Atrium Centers is seeking an Activities Assistant to enrich residents’ lives by planning and supporting engaging programs that meet social, emotional, and recreational needs. You will help implement daily calendars and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to promote dignity and well-being.

Responsibilities

• Assist with developing, planning, implementing, and evaluating activity programs.
• Support the execution of the daily and monthly activity calendar.
• Engage residents in group and individual activities.
• Help meet residents’ spiritual, emotional, recreational, leisure, and social needs.
• Encourage participation while promoting dignity, independence, and well-being.
• Collaborate with the Activities Director and interdisciplinary team.

What You’ll Do
