Job summary

The Loft Healthcare of Eureka in Eureka, IL is seeking an Activity Assistant to help plan and run recreational, social, and spiritual activities for residents. You will assist in organizing programs, coordinating with care staff, and ensuring activities align with resident care plans and facility policies.

This part‑time role offers a supportive team, a positive work environment, and opportunities for professional growth while contributing to residents' quality of life.

Qualifications

• A minimum of a high school diploma or its equivalent.
• A valid CNA license/certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, organizing, implementing, and evaluating recreational, social, intellectual, emotional, and spiritual programs.
• Follow facility policy and resident care plans under supervision.
• Support residents in activities to enhance well‑being and engagement.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent

CNA license/certification preferred

Job Summary – Activity Assistant
