Qualifications

• Experience working with individuals with dementia is preferred.
• High School Graduate or GED required or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Conducts and/or assists with assignments and activity groups.
• Provides one-to-one activities to meet resident needs.
• Assists with activity planning input and development.
• Escorts residents to and from activities.
• Maintains a positive image of the organization with residents and staff.
