Job summary

Peak Resources, a leading NC skilled nursing, memory care, and assisted living company, with nine locations across North Carolina, seeks an Activities Assistant at our Charlotte facility just minutes from uptown Charlotte. The role supports residents' well-being through engaging programs.

Typical schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm with one weekend day (Saturday) rotation each month. Full-time positions include benefits such as health, dental, vision, life insurance, PTO, and 401(k)

We are currently seeking a qualified Activities Assistant to join our team at Peak Resources Charlotte. Our beautiful facility is located just minutes from uptown Charlotte, NC.

Role Responsibilities

Assists the Activity Director in providing an ongoing program of activities designed to meet, in accordance with the comprehensive assessment the interests and physical mental, psychosocial well-being of each resident.

Requirements

Required Skills, Education, Licensure, and/or Certifications

Preferred Experience

• One to three (1-3) months of health care related experience or training
