Sidney Health Center is seeking an ECF Activity Aide to join our I CARE team. This full-time role offers opportunities to provide residents with engaging daily activities aligned with care plans, while supporting a family-like atmosphere and strong work-life balance.
Starting wage is $16.50 per hour, with CPR certification preferred but not required. A Montana driver’s license and a high school diploma are required; CNA certification is optional and CNA classes are offered.

Looking to bring spark, creativity and joy to residents. We have a full-time activities aide position perfect for you. This position would require some administrative duties, ability to communicate with residents, volunteers, visitors and staff. Assistance with performing small or large group activities, entertaining, spiritual and one-on-one activities. Requires being pleasant and caring to residents and patient, considerate, being able to multi-task, having the ability to effectively interact with residents and having a current Montana's drivers license. This position requires a high school diploma. CNA license preferred but not required. CNA classes offered if interested.
