Job summary

Complete Care at Arbors is seeking an Activity Aide for our Brick facility. The role supports residents through organized activities, monitors behavior during events, and helps maintain attendance calendars. Per diem with 1 weekend per month option; health, dental, vision, and PTO benefits for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• Previous long-term care experience is required.
• Basic computer knowledge is required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor resident behavior during events and communicate to nursing as needed.
• Maintain and manage activity attendance calendars.
• Assist in preparing and displaying holiday decorations throughout the facility.
• Other duties as assigned by Director of Activities and Administrator.
