Job summary

Emerald Hills in Oxford Township, NJ, is seeking a compassionate Part-Time Activity Aide to enrich residents' lives through engaging programs and activities. The role offers day and night shifts with a flexible, part-time schedule and training provided.

You will plan, lead, and adapt recreational activities, support residents’ well-being, and work closely with the Activities Director and care team to create a supportive, joyful environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in activities, recreation, or working with seniors preferred but training provided.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
• Creativity, patience, and enthusiasm for working with older adults.

Schedule: Day & Evening shifts available
Status: Part-Time

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and lead recreational, social, and therapeutic activities for residents.
