Sapphire-Health- is seeking an Activities Aide to enrich residents' lives through engaging programs. You will plan and lead activities, adapting to individual needs, and support overall well-being in a collaborative setting.

The role emphasizes creativity, empathy, and teamwork, with a part-time, in-person schedule. Training is provided, and you’ll work closely with the Activities Director to create a positive environment for seniors.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience in activities, recreation, or working with seniors preferred (training provided).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
• Creativity, patience, and enthusiasm for working with older adults.
• Ability to work as part of a team and follow directions.
