Job summary

Tower Lodge Care Center in Wall Township, NJ is seeking compassionate Part-Time Activity Assistants to join our caregiving team. Evening and weekend hours are available to support residents through engaging programs.

You will conduct activities, provide companionship, and help enhance emotional, social, and recreational well-being for elderly residents. Prior experience in long-term care is preferred but not required; strong communication and caring demeanor are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct engaging and meaningful activity programs for elderly residents.
• Provide one-on-one interaction, companionship, and emotional support to residents.
• Support residents’ emotional, social, and recreational well-being
• Assist with planning and facilitating group activities
• Encourage resident participation and engagement

Compensation:

• hourly rate: $15.92
