Job summary

Wedgewood Garden Care Center in Freehold, NJ is seeking an Activity Aide to assist with planning and leading daily recreational activities for residents. You will encourage participation, support residents in group and one-on-one activities, and help set up/clean activity areas.

A warm, friendly personality and strong communication are essential to engage seniors. Experience in healthcare or long-term care is a plus, and you will document resident involvement and feedback to improve activities.
