About the Role:

• Assist in planning, organizing, and implementing activities and programs to meet the social, emotional, and recreational needs of our residents.

• Cooperate with activity staff, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized activity plans.

• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all.

• Participate in conducting assessments to identify the interests and needs of our residents.
