Arcadia Care in Chillicothe, Illinois is seeking an Activity Aide to assist in planning, implementing, and evaluating recreational, social, and spiritual programs for residents according to care plans.

You will support daily activity programs, prepare and clean activity spaces, and supervise resident engagement to promote physical, social, and mental well-being.

Qualifications

• Experience in Long Term Care Activities Department.
• Demonstrates patience, tact, and cheerful demeanor when working with residents.
• Ability to adapt interactions to residents' maturity levels.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, developing, organizing, implementing, evaluating, and charting daily activity programs and quality assurance for the Activities Department.

Preferred Qualifications:
