Description

The Kingston Resorts is a 145-acre oceanfront resort located on the north end of Myrtle Beach, less than 2 miles from Tanger Outlets and a 20-minute trip to Broadway at the Beach. The resort includes Hilton Myrtle Beach Resort, Embassy Suites Myrtle Beach, Kingston Plantation Condos, and Royal Palms, offering many opportunities for career growth.

Responsibilities

• Plan, supervise, and conduct various activities for guests.
• Oversee maintenance of all pool deck recreation/activity equipment, facilities, and cabanas to ensure quality and service.
• Process billing for recreation and activities.
• Interview, select, train, and monitor performance of Lifeguards, Activities, and Cabana staff, ensuring certification and scheduling coverage.
• Greet and communicate with guests warmly and confidently.
• Organize and conduct regular department meetings.
• Must be a strong swimmer and pass the Red Cross swim test for certification.
• Opportunity to earn commissions on Cabana sales.
