Job summary

Responsibilities include designing monthly recreation programs, documenting attendance, and attending care plan meetings as needed; strong English communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English to ensure the safety and wellbeing of patients and residents.
• Effective communicator with strong verbal and written skills.
• Good organizational and record-keeping abilities.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize and implement engagement activities that meet the physical, creative, cognitive, social, and spiritual needs of patients and residents.
• Document patient/resident attendance and participation in recreation programs.
• Attend care plan meetings as needed.
