Job summary

Qualifications

• Prefer at least one year of experience in Developmental Disabilities or related field.
• A valid driver’s license meeting insurability guidelines.
• Criminal History Record checks require fingerprinting for employees with regular and substantial unsupervised contact with consumers in OPWDD-regulated programs.

Responsibilities

• Implements assigned outcomes for each consumer as determined by the Service Planning Team.
• Assists in development of skill-building activities and implements schedules.
• Mentors new staff and raises supervisory concerns to the Program Supervisor.
