Position Status: Full Time, Days, M-F, 8am-4:30pm

Position Location: Norfolk, VA

Overview

Responsible for the planning, developing, organizing, implementing, evaluation, directing and coordinating approved Activities Program for participants of the Program for All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) in accordance with federal, state, and local standards and the policies and procedures of Sentara PACE and Sentara Health.

We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, and benefits. The base pay range for full-time employment is $69,617.60 - $102,315.20 annually. Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, on-call pay, shift premiums, extra-shift incentives, or bonus opportunities. Compensation within the range may vary based on qualifications, experience, location, market conditions, and business needs.
