We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, and benefits.

Compensation

The base pay range for full-time employment is $38.01 - $55.42 hourly. Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call pay, overtime, shift premiums, extra-shift incentives, or bonus opportunities. Compensation within the range may vary based on qualifications, experience, location, market conditions, and business needs. Education

• An Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) is required. A Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is preferred.

Certification/Licensure

• Licensed RN active in VA (required)
• BLS required within 90 days of hire.

Experience

• EPIC experience is strongly preferred
• Experience in the role is strongly preferred
• One to two years of ambulatory, clinic, or medical-surgical nursing experience is preferred.
