Arden Courts ProMedica Memory Care Parma is hiring a part-time Activities (Lifestyle Enrichment) Assistant

As an Activities Assistant, you provide daily activity programs for residents and assist the Activities Coordinator in delivering a full range of program services. This role requires tact, sensitivity, and professionalism, as you interact regularly with residents and families to ensure their satisfaction.

Job Requirements

• Education: High School Diploma
• Skills: Knowledge and experience with residents having dementia and appropriate therapeutic/behavioral interventions; ability to read, write, and speak English clearly.
