Ecumen in Minnesota is seeking a Part-Time Life Enrichment/Activities Assistant to deliver programming that meets residents' physical, social, spiritual, sensory and psychological needs. You will advocate for resident participation and choice, coordinating individual and group activities and supporting staff across shifts.
The role requires strong communication, reliability, and a caring approach to aging residents. The targeted schedule is 24-28 hours over two weeks with a weekend rotation.

The Life Enrichment Assistant is responsible for delivering Life Enrichment programming designed to meet and honor the physical, social, spiritual, sensory and psychological needs of all residents based on an assessment of their individual needs and interests. This position is responsible for advocating and promoting resident participation and choice.

The targeted pay range for this job is $16 - $19.50 per hour.
