Job summary

Evergreen Crossing & Loft, part of the CommuniCare Family, is seeking energetic Activities Leaders to work with residents in our Indianapolis facility. This part-time role focuses on delivering engaging activities, supporting well-being, and encouraging social interaction among residents.

Candidates should be gentle, responsible, and capable of planning, organizing, and conducting varied activities. Prior healthcare or activity coordination experience is helpful, with a driver’s license required

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Plan, organize, and conduct a variety of activities.
• Comfortable working with residents who may be confused.

Responsibilities

• Plan and lead individualized activity programs for residents.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support resident engagement.
• Foster socialization and community involvement among residents.
