Job summary

Wildwood Healthcare Center, part of the CommuniCare Family of Companies, is seeking a dedicated Activities Assistant for the 11pm–7am shift in Indianapolis, IN. You will work directly with residents to promote socialization and meaningful engagement, while supporting aging, rehabilitation, and recovery goals.

The ideal candidate is energetic, patient, creative, and able to work as part of an interdisciplinary team. Training and support are provided, with a focus on quality of life for residents.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior work or life experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
• Must possess an active state driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized activity care for residents and support social engagement.
• Plan, organize, and conduct a variety of activities that promote wellness and recreation.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to tailor activities to resident needs.
