Job summary

Evergreen Crossing & Loft, a member of the CommuniCare Family of Companies, is seeking an energetic Activities Leader to join our Indianapolis team. This full-time role works directly with residents, planning and leading a variety of engaging activities to promote socialization and well-being.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, at least one year of healthcare experience, basic computer skills, and an active driver's license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year prior work/life experience, preferably in a healthcare setting.
• Prior experience with related software/applications preferred.
• Must be able to plan, organize, and conduct a variety of activities.
• Basic computer literacy and skills.
• Must possess an active state driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized activity care and services for residents.
• Collaborate as a team member within the activities department and with the interdisciplinary team on assigned units.
