We are committed to providing exceptional care and rehabilitation services to our residents and are seeking an experienced and compassionate Activities Leader to join our team and make a positive impact in the lives of our residents.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and lead a variety of activities and programs for residents, including arts and crafts, games, and social events.
• Develop and implement individualized activity plans to meet the unique needs and interests of each resident.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure activities promote physical, emotional, and cognitive well‑being.
• Provide one‑on‑one and group activities to residents, including outings and events.
• Maintain accurate records and reports of resident participation and activities.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance residents’ experiences and outcomes.

Requirements
