Marine View Lodge Care Home is a modern, purpose-built 80-bed care home in New Brighton, Merseyside, delivering residential, nursing, dementia and respite care in a warm, person-centred environment.

As Activities Lead, you will plan and deliver a high-quality, person-centred activities programme, working with the Home Manager and the wider team to ensure activities are well organised, recorded and aligned with each resident’s care plan.

Qualificações

• Previous experience in an Activities Coordinator or similar role is essential.
• Ability to plan and deliver engaging activities and events.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience supporting older people, including those living with dementia.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and lead group and one-to-one activities tailored to individual interests, abilities and care needs.
• Build strong relationships to enable meaningful, inclusive activities and social interaction.
• Ensure activities are well organised, aligned with individual care plans and accurately recorded.
• Maintain records and continuously review and improve the programme to keep it engaging and effective.
• Be available to work alternate weekends.
