Job summary

American Village is seeking an enthusiastic Activities Director to plan, develop, and implement engaging recreational programs that enhance residents’ quality of life. You will lead a team of Activity Assistants and collaborate across departments to deliver diverse activities in a supportive, resident-centered environment.

Qualifications

Two years’ experience in a social or recreational program in a healthcare setting.
Completion of an Activities Director training or a degree in recreational therapy.

Responsibilities

Plan, develop and implement engaging recreational programs for residents.
Lead and mentor a team of Activity Assistants.
