AVIR Health Group is seeking a qualified Certified Activity Director to join our family and lead the Activity Department in our LTC/SNF facility. You will plan, organize, develop, and direct all activities in alignment with federal, state, and local standards, policies, and our mission to care for residents.

New grads and walk-ins are welcome daily. We offer daily pay, 401k with match, family health coverage, and a supportive corporate team to help grow a positive facility culture.

Competenze

• Activity Director Certification preferred.
• Previous nursing home experience preferred.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.

Mansioni

• Plan, organize, develop, and direct the overall operation of the Activity Department in accordance with current standards and our policies.
• Ensure a resident-centered culture and regulatory compliance within the Activity Department.

We are searching for an Certified Activity Director that is resident and family-focused, a team builder, and excited about the opportunity to assist in building a facility culture. The primary purpose of your job position is to plan, organize, develop, and direct the overall operation of the Activity Department in accordance with current federal, state, local standards, guidelines, regulations, and our established policies and procedures. If you are team-oriented, driven, and excited about the opportunity to care for our residents, then we have the perfect opportunity for you!

Must be a certified Activity Director for LTC/SNF.
