AVIR Health Group is seeking a qualified Certified Activity Director to join our family. The role focuses on planning, organizing, developing, and directing the Activity Department in accordance with federal, state, local standards and our policies. New grads and walk-ins are welcome daily!

The ideal candidate is resident- and family-focused, a team builder, and excited about helping to shape a positive facility culture with strong supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• Must be a Certified Activity Director for LTC/SNF.
• New grads welcome daily.
• Experience in nursing home environments preferred.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Plan, organize, develop and direct the Activity Department operations.
• Lead a resident- and family-focused program.
• Collaborate with facility leadership to ensure compliance with standards and policies.
