Job summary

Pine Acres Healthcare & Rehabilitation Center is seeking an Activities Director to design and run stimulating programs that meet the social, psycho-social, and therapeutic needs of residents. The role emphasizes leadership, teamwork, and a resident-centered approach in a supportive facility.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in activities coordination, with a passion for improving resident quality of life.

Responsibilities include

• Coordinating, developing and implementing an effective activities program and other initiatives designed to meet the social, psycho-social and therapeutic needs of the resident.
• To Manage, guide and coach co-workers in the department to meet expected goals and maintain a healthy, productive and warm environment.
• To Work with residents to meet their individual goals through the activities and programs implemented.

Applicants should be self-motivated with at-least 2 years experience as Activities Director
