Qualifications

• Proven experience in assisted living or nursing home environments.
• Strong background in event planning or program development.
• Familiarity with Alzheimer’s disease, dementia care, memory support programs, and aging issues counseling.
• Excellent communication skills to connect effectively with residents of diverse backgrounds and abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to build positive resident rapport while fostering an inclusive community atmosphere.
• Experience working with individuals with disabilities or special needs is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for scheduling, documentation, and communication purposes.
• Leadership skills to coordinate staff efforts and manage volunteer involvement in activities.
• Knowledge of senior living facility operations and home & community care practices is preferred.
