Job summary

PGA TOUR, Inc. is seeking an Activities Leader at TPC Sugarloaf in Duluth, GA to implement activities planned by the Recreational Specialist and to support all areas of the Activities Department.

The role focuses on coordinating programs for members and guests, maintaining facility standards, assisting with events, and delivering a safe, engaging experience across sports, games, and youth activities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• At least one-year previous experience in similar position.
• Must be able to pass certification for youth care as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Sports Center policies and rules.
• Plan and implement programs for members and guests in game room, movie theater, Kids' Kampus, Kids' Koral, and other activities.
• Assist with private events and parties.
• Create advertisements and displays as directed.
• Maintain facility according to TPC standards.
• Arrange chairs, tables, and equipment for scheduled activities.
• Keep attendance records and operate audiovisual equipment.
• Assist in Sports Center operations as directed by the Activities Director.
• Instruct on equipment use in the fitness room and ensure safety compliance.
• Communicate emergency and safety information clearly by phone or radio.
• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of building and storage areas.
• Maintain emergency equipment and procedures.
• Greet members and guests and manage check-in procedures.
• Provide activity information and assist with registration for events.

Skills

1+ year experience in similar role

Youth care certification (as required)
