PGA TOUR, Inc is seeking a reliable Food & Beverage Server at TPC Sugarloaf in Duluth, GA. You will greet guests, take orders, and serve food and beverages promptly, while maintaining clean work areas and following menu specifications.

The role requires a high school education or equivalent and 1–2 years of related experience, with shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Thorough knowledge of food and beverage service procedures typical of entry to mid-level roles.
• Experience in food and beverage service gained through education or work.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly at the station and take orders.
• Communicate menu specials and changes; answer questions accurately.
• Maintain clean and well stocked work stations at start and end of shifts.
• Inform supervisor of any member/guest concerns for prompt resolution.
• Assist with cleaning and upkeep of Food and Beverage areas.
• Serve items per menu specs and SOPs; prepare beverages as prescribed.
• Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and record charges as required.
• Prepare requisitions for supplies and ensure proper garnishes and tableware are used.
