Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience as an Activities Assistant.
• Completion of training and competency evaluation program.
• Health screening and TB test (if required) within two weeks of employment.
• Mandatory drug test within 90 days of hire.
• Highschool Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and direct a program of activities providing entertainment, exercise, relaxation, and expression for residents.
• Meet basic psychological, social, and spiritual needs through facility activities.
• Coordinate both group and individual activities and support independence and community interaction.
