Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking an Activities & Volunteer Coordinator to lead resident engagement, volunteer services, concierge operations, and customer experience programs—creating connection, purpose, and well-being that drive resident and family satisfaction.

You will plan and evaluate programs, supervise volunteers and staff, recruit partners, track engagement metrics, and support budgeting, while collaborating with Sales and Resident Care on move-ins, all while upholding Sunrise quality

Qualifications

• 2+ years leadership/supervisory experience in senior living, hospitality, recreation, or volunteer management.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong organizational, communication, and event-planning skills.
• Experience with volunteer/engagement technology and reporting preferred.
• Sound judgment in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for creating meaningful resident experiences.
• Valid driver's license, if required.

Responsibilities

• Lead concierge operations, delivering exceptional experiences for residents, families, and visitors
• Support budgeting, staffing, scheduling, and operational planning
• Partner with Sales and Resident Care on move-ins and ongoing engagement
• Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and Sunrise quality standards

Pay Range:

23.30 - 29.20
