Job summary

Wesley Enhanced Living is hiring an Activities Coordinator to lead the Life Enrichment team and create moments that matter for our residents in a Philadelphia area community. You will plan engaging activities, organize events, and collaborate with residents, families, and staff to tailor programs to individual needs.

• Previous experience in recreation, senior living, or activity planning.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and oversee activities and events that enhance residents’ quality of life
• Develop engaging calendars including fitness, arts & crafts, music, games, and outings
• Work closely with residents, families, and staff to meet individual needs
• Lead and inspire the activities team to deliver fun, meaningful programs
• Ensure compliance with community standards and regulatory guidelines
