Job summary

Wingate Living in Cranston, RI is seeking a Life Enrichment Assistant to support the Life Enrichment Director in implementing engaging activity programs for residents. Job Purpose:

Assist the Life Enrichment Director in the implementation of activity programs.

Position Requirements:

• High School diploma or GED equivalent.
• Aptitude and some training in arts and crafts.
• Ability to supervise group recreational activities.
• A sincere desire to work with the elderly. Must have patience, tact, enthusiasm and a cheerful disposition.
• Must be able to handle residents with physical and psychological disabilities.
