Job summary

Sevita’s Joyful Living Center at Sterling Lofts in Attleboro, MA is seeking an Activities Coordinator for the Adult Day Health program. You will plan and lead person-centered activities for older adults and individuals with rehabilitation needs, promoting socialization and independence.

This full-time role offers a day shift schedule Monday–Friday, with a Massachusetts driver’s license required. Join a supportive, compassionate team dedicated to meaningful daily engagement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Full, valid Massachusetts driver’s license held for at least 12 months.
• Minimum of two years of experience working with older adults and individuals with rehabilitation needs, dementia, or intellectual and developmental disabilities preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Job description

MENTOR Adult Day Health, a member of the Sevita family, provides day programs for elders with complex medical or rehabilitative needs. This allows seniors to obtain quality healthcare while remaining active and involved in the community and continuing to live in their own homes. Our programs are staffed with qualified, experienced licensed nurses and caregivers who are trained to provide individual assistance to each person we serve.
