Job summary

Spectrum Resorts is seeking an Turquoise Place Activities Attendant to coordinate, set up, and facilitate activities for guests of all ages at Turquoise Place. You will greet guests with a cheerful, courteous demeanor and ensure engaging, safe experiences at all times.

Responsibilities include planning and breaking down events, guiding guests through activities, and sharing information about nearby services and events. A strong focus on guest satisfaction and teamwork is essential.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
• Self-motivated and energetic to engage guests.
• Strong guest service and problem-resolution abilities expected.

• Plan, set up and break down guest activities (arts & crafts, games, dances).
• Interact with guests to keep events fun, energetic and safe.
• Provide information on Turquoise Place services and events as needed.
• Apply problem-resolution skills to meet guest needs.
• Greet guests and offer assistance in a courteous manner.
• Maintain a clean, neat work and activity area.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

TURQUOISE PLACE ACTIVITIES ATTENDANT

Come join our FUN TEAM! Assist in coordination, set-up, break-down and facilitation of guests’ activities at Turquoise Place. Activities will be for adults, teens, children and/or families. Greet all guests in a cheerful and courteous manner and provide attentive and cordial service at all times.

Essential Duties:

• Help plan, set up/break-down and facilitate guest activities to include arts and crafts, games, dancing, etc.
• Interact with guests to maintain fun, energetic and safe events.
• Provide information on Turquoise Place services and special events as needed.
• Use problem resolution skills to insure guest needs are met.
• Greet and offer assistance to guests in a courteous manner.
• Maintain work and activities area in a clean, neat manner.
• Perform other duties as assigned

Required Skills:

• Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated and energetic to maintain excitement with the guests.
• Excellent guest service and problem resolution skills.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to stand/walk for entire shift
• Must be able to bend, kneel, and stoop
• Must be able to move/lift up to 25 lbs.
• Must be able to work in outside (hot), inclement weather conditions
