Job Description

The Activities Attendant is responsible for the setup, execution, and follow-through of various guest experiences at Wildflower Farms. They should be organized, efficient, and able to communicate effectively with guests to ensure a memorable experience. This role is key in operations and involves cross-training to assist in every department of the hotel. It offers an exciting opportunity for a curious and active individual interested in hospitality and experiences.

• Set up and break down areas for weekly classes; load and unload dishwashers; move supplies; prepare ingredients involving alcohol and food.
• Organize and clean activity storage, classrooms, and event spaces; report maintenance needs.
• Communicate low stock of supplies and equipment to management.
• Print documents needed for classes.
• Maintain communication with other hotel departments.
• Assist with farm-related tasks, including handling animal feed and caring for live animals.
• Pack items for mailing, create labels, and track shipments.
• Use email for work-related communication.
• Gain detailed knowledge of all programs and activities; communicate effectively with guests and team members.
