Activities Attendant
Part time

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Provide prompt, courteous, and professional service to customers and colleagues
  2. Establish a friendly relationship with all guests/children while anticipating their needs
  3. Listen to guest complaints and respond with empathy
  4. Maintain exceptional levels of cleanliness in all departments’ areas
  5. Keep all areas of our department well-stocked with appropriate items for our guests’ convenience
  6. Have a basic knowledge of pool maintenance and cleaning
  7. Operational knowledge of fitness center equipment
  8. Demonstrate mature judgment while working with children
  9. Show basic knowledge about other services available within our hotel and be able to communicate those services clearly and effectively
  10. Other duties as assigned
