Arbor Terrace Glenview is seeking an Activities Assistant to create meaningful experiences for our senior residents. The role covers planning and leading activities, events, and wellness programs, with a focus on social engagement and community building.

You’ll work 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM in a schedule that includes Full-Time or Part-Time positions at Arbor Terrace Glenview in Glenview, IL. Prior senior-care or people-facing experience is valuable, and a positive, energetic attitude helps you thrive

Qualifications

• Candidate should be outgoing, creative, dependable, and comfortable leading groups.
• Experience in activities, recreation, events, education, caregiving, hospitality, or similar people-focused roles is a plus.
• Senior living experience is welcome but not required.

Arbor Terrace Glenview is hiring Activities Assistants to join our team!

If you’re creative, energetic, and love bringing people together, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. As an Activities Assistant, you’ll help create meaningful, engaging experiences for our senior residents—from social events and games to outings, celebrations, and wellness activities.

Schedule: 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Positions Available: Full-Time & Part-Time
Location: Arbor Terrace Glenview – Glenview, IL

What You’ll Do

As an Activities Assistant, you’ll help make each day meaningful and fun for our residents. You will:

• Plan and lead engaging activities, events, games, and programs

• Encourage residents to participate and build connections with others

• Assist with community outings, celebrations, and special events

• Get to know our residents and their individual interests

• Bring creativity, energy, and new ideas to our engagement program

• Work alongside a supportive team focused on creating an exceptional resident experience
