General Responsibilities

• Facilitate the presentation of daily life enrichment, interactive programming, and special events.
• Work closely with team members to design and implement creative programming.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living during programming and as needed to support neighborhood team members.
• Adapt and remain flexible to meet the evolving needs of residents.
• Maintain and record resident participation.
